I have been reading a lot of threads about the 32 vs 36
I don't want to buy a commercial 21 and need to get in small gates.
What do you think the best 32" is. I have some tendinitis so the toro
t bar is looking good,,but need some feedback.
I am also going this route because if I get the 36, I still need a 21.
    I already have a 52 Ztr
It also allows me to buy a used 48 if I want to expand.
    Thought please

ya go for the 32. but i had some gates that i could get the 36 in. really its up to how big the gate is. i had some gates that i could drive my truck through (they were pasture but still) and it also depends on how much your gonna mow after you get through that gate

ok lets say the gate is 40inches wide with a 1/4 an acre to mow once you get through your 32in could mow it but a 36in would go faster

but say the gate is only 30in with 1/4 acre to mow? then you would need the 21in (or a pull behind mower and a small tractor)

see what i mean you can have different gate sizes with bigger or smaller yards on the inside. depending on every thing the way to go would be how big all the gates that you go through are

The gated yards are mostly 1/4 to 1/2 acres with
trees in the wrong places !!!!!!!!!

I would go with the 36" for all around productivity and you may not want a 21" but you will need one at certain times on certain yard. I see alot of people on here bashing the 21" and say they never use one or won't. I have been doing residential and commercial mowing for over 15yr and back in the day the 21" was king but now as mowers have gotten bigger and speed is all the rage it has fallen out of favor. I don't use the 21" as much as in the early years but even today my 21"s get alot of use, there are just places you can't get any other mower.

Well if you've got tendinitis problems, then I'd definitely say go with a Toro T-bar.
