Need a JD Fuel tank HELPPP!

    Ok so my Dixie blew a hydro line in someones lawn last week...So im using my back-up mower the JD Stander (Quick trak 667)
    Where can i get a fuel tank for it???
    I know i can get one from Weingartz but they want $230 for it!
    So right now its rigged up with a regular blitz 5 gallon can prob. not legal and i know its not to safe and it leaks a little.......
    So i need a new tank.
    PLZ help!

    Why not replace the hydro line? You should be able to go to a hydraulic hose store and have one custom made if the dealer doesnt have one in stock or can't make it. A lot of NAPA stores can make hydraulic hose also

    For the Dixie?? Yeah its being fixed and I came too close to a curb/sidewalk (txting of course!) and bent the rim So thats being replaced to..... So i have to use my back up mower

    gotcha, have you thought about mounting a tank off of a walkbehind on it, I would think it would be cheaper if that is your main concern

    What's wrong with the original fuel tank? I think you're like the 3rd person I've heard having a tank problem with those mowers.
