I usally charge $6 a foot no digging or removal.
$7 a foot removal of grass or dirt.
$8 per foot removal concrete or asphalt.
you have 5.5 yards of concrete. 5 is enough but very close see if you can order a 1/4 yard. 5.25 yards use 4000 psi

concrete 6 to 7 hundred dollars

With concrete you should charge enough to do it twice and come out even.
there is so much that can wrong Thunderstorms, too hot out, hot load of concrete. Its not like pavers looks bad pick it up relay. Concrete looks bad rip it up throw it out buy a second time relay. If you are inexperienced in concrete and need help it is more than likely a driver for the concrete company will be hussling on the side and will work for you to help you finish and pour. He will also get abetter rate on the concrete.

    good luck

$2,000 should be fine if it's just forming, compacting, placing steel and pouring.
