Need Advice Introducing tax to current customers?!

    What Johnny said. Just do it and don't bring it to anyone's attention. If asked just say you are required by law to collect the tax.

    thanks for all the advice, like all said its not going in my pocket its something that needs to be done.. just gonna do it not think twice about it an if anyone ask just tell them its the law an needs to be done. end of story

    It's defined as a taxable service here. Everything my company does or will do for the foreseeable future is taxable. Only thing we may do some day that's non taxable is rough grading. From finish grading to lawn mowing its taxable.
