I mowed 3 yards for a friend who is selling the houses as an investor.
Yard 1 - Bahia 12 - 14 inches tall. Mowed, Raked, Mowed again, line trimmed, edged walkways and cleared clippings. $105
Yard 2 - Flora tam at least 14 inches tall. Mowed, Raked, Mowed again, line trimmed, edged walkways and cleared clippings. $105
Yard 3 - Flora tam weeks worth of growth Mowed, line trimmed, edged walkways and cleared clippings. $45

    Total $255

Was I fair in this pricing or did I overcharge. If I did overcharge him let me know I want to make it right.

Still retired just did a favor :0)

No way of knowing w/o knowing the size of the lots and how long each job took you.......

Sounds to me like your friend got a deal but time is the key how much did you make per man hour ? I would think 30-35 per hour is a good friend rate. What about dumping did you have to haul away the clippings?

I also on yard 1 pulled weeds down a fence line and disposed.
    Yard 1 took 3 hours
    Yard 2 took 2.5 hours
    Yard 3 took 1 hour
