need advice

    so heres my story been in the lco since2003 bought out my partner in 2005 {thankyou jesus} now its me two part timers and one full timer i do around 200k a year in maintaince. i feel like I'm at the point were i just don't want to do the work anymore. it seams i go into spring full force then this time of year I'm to tired. it seams nothing is going my way both my walker mowers r in the shop, so today two guys r out mowing with a 36' john deer. i don't know if I'm just tired of the business or need to get over the 200k hump and keep truck-in.:confused: any advice from the pros wold be nice.

    Hire another person to help with the crews and you can move to the office and sales side of the Biz
