printed up my first big bid to a company with 17 service stations just wondering if breaking the cost down to a per week per store avg. would simplify it enough or should I keep more to a per year basis I figured the per week avg. would cover all the bases just wondering

Per week is best. Then all you have to do is multiply your weekly figures by the number of weeks the accounts will be serviced to come up with the yearly numbers.

I think they would want a monthly charge for all 17? But ask them!

I gave a monthly price but broke it down to weekly avg. per store just to give another perspective on the cost.

You are doing the right thing. I have customers that want us to break it down to each site on multiple site accounts. That way they can see each cost because some are different due to size and terrain. I have not received any bad feedback bidding this way.

I prefer to break it down to a per store price. Just picked on an account this way of 11 stores. The kicker is, they want me to bill them after each mow. Really struggling with them to let me bill monthly. Oh well, present it to them both ways.
