I am having one heck of a time with the choke linkage in my 12 hp briggs. I took the carb off because it needed some work, now I can not figure this thing out. I attached the linkage to the carb with no problems, but I can not figure out how it attaches to the throttle cable. Anyone own a briggs manual? If so, please post a pic. Thanks

You might get more help if you post the model number and serial number for the motor you are working on. And also what it is on.

Take the carb back off. Put the cable back on. Put the carb back on. Most briggs I have worked on are like this.
