Need confirmation

    Seeking an experienced answer / I nedd to know if you have to have general liability insurance to get commerical contracts? And if so can you sub someone out that does if you dont?

    yes and in some cases a specific dollar amount is required, also yes you can sub out but you will be dealing directly with the account and they will require you to be insured as they will be working with you not your sub, plus your playing with fire if you think you can operate without.

    You also need workers comp to cover yourself and you are also liable to make sure your subcontractees have it...
