If you cut it you can figure doubling that price. If you don't cut it then you decide what it is worth for you to do.

$150-200 depending on your area. I get an average of $50 an acre here in KY. Also depends on if you own an aerator and what size it is. I have the Ryan Lawnaire V and they rent for $100 a day around here. If you have to rent one add that cost to the labor.

.02 per square foot or yard? A foot would be $5,000.00

    I charge 12.50 to 15.00 per 1,000 sq ft. but I don't do anything over a 1/2 acre.

Can I have some of your business? That is an unreal amount of money. There are 43,560 sq ft in an acre. That means you do a 1/2 acre (21,780 sq ft) which would amount too: $272.25-$326.70 per 1/2 acre. I could retire in a year at that rate. If you actually get this for aerating, more power to you.

ParkerLawn, Most my customers are 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft. And I get anywhere from $125 to $150 to aerate them. Double that if they want seed too.
