Is the 5 acres all grass or is there only 1 or 2 acres of actually lawn that will have to be mowed? This makes a huge difference when pricing.

Around here, 5 acres with normal trimming - $125 + $20 unload fee.

    low!
whats the property like? rough field? trimming? that price is low even for a fast running ZTR, how long does it take you to mow a 1/8 acre? take that time multiply by 8, fudge it up a litlle to cover for error and charge accordingly per hour, time plus cost, who wants to work for 5 bucks an hour? Not me.
