need help bidding cementary

    I have been asked to bid on a 36 acr cementary. Its very hilly and they want it done every two weeks. Also that want it trimmed n blowed....please give me an idea how much to charge

    how old is the cemetery

    what is the tombstone spacing

    is it flat or on a hill

    what % of the 36 ac is plotted

    Half of it is fairly new and the rest is very old. I would say I can mow 80% of it with riders and walk behinds. There is a large flat area at the top and flat at the bottom and Inbetween is hills.

    The parks director tells me it takes 4 guys two weeks to complete they use two walk behinds and rider. Two 60's and a 48.

    I done a 22 acre took 2 guys 10hrs mow/trim I got $60 per acre Same Cementary now going for 20 per acre
