I want to place bids on some business chains in town and need some help. Businesses such as McDonalds, Staples, Walmart, Pizza Hut, etc. What are some good tricks and things I should do to be sure to get these contracts? Honestly, I am one of about 3 lawn/landscape businesses in town with nice, professional, clean equipment. Everyone else is a lowballer, using cheap run down equipment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!:help: :help:

Be cheap and plan on picking up lots of trash!

Yup, that's right, cheaper than the dirt cheap lowballers with the trashy appearance. Plan on unreal amounts of trash, anything under the sun, including lost undergarments, exploded cigarette buts, sales papers, and millions of sales reciepts.... and most of it ends up in the turf.

Also be prepared for them to ask you to chain-bid and chain-mow.
Do all this for nothing and drive all over h_ll and creation to do it.
