So this is the biggest job that I have ever bid, I'm reading off of blueprints for landscape plans and just want to get everyone's opinion on pricing. This job is a new install, both sod and landscaping. I have 37,500 sq. ft. of sod to be installed. Around here its about .22 a sq. ft. delivered. Which is approx $8250. On the plants end I have about 9k in plant materials alone, with my 20% markup on plants it puts that at about 10700. Now, do I just double these prices to get my install price? I would have about 3-4 guys working 8-10 hrs. a day to have this done. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!
