need help with comm lawn quote for a sub PLEASE HELP

I need to know the best way to get a good quote. I've been in res. forthree yrs know and I just had this guy call me out of the blue not sure how to bid this
It depends on the size services and time involved. FIG your time involved and any liabilitiy issues that make it more time consuming and go by your hourly rate that youwould like to make. Theres low ballers in the comm market also so be fair to yourself the coomercial acct and trust in your judgement. you will win some and lose some. But come accross as very professional, trusting, and reliable.Let them know that you cant guarantee a lower price form someone lese but let him know why he wants to use you.
