Just started a business, hoping to do mostly residential. Turns out, one of my potential residential accounts wants me to quote their commercial account. Are commercial accounts normally more than residential, or are they priced the same? I know it depends on terrain, the amount, and other things, but if residential is 3000 sq ft and the commercial is the same, are they priced the exact same?

Any comments and recommendations are appreciated, thanks.

They are the same. Grass is grass. It seems you have an "in" with this one. A lot of commercial properties go through a management company who will drop you to save a nickel. Price it like its a bigger house(if it IS bigger, of course).
