Need help how much

    1/4 of an acre doing areation fertilization and seeding how much should i charge this person? I was thinking around $300-500? o_O

    Aeration, 90-150 bucks. Depends on what your region's price ranges are.

    Can't help you with the other stuff.

    Be aware that it's illegal to apply pesticides without a license.

    i charge them $40per hour/+ cost of the seed and fertilzer.

    thats about 11,000 sqf it depends on how your going to seed the lawn, are you slit seeding bare spots or tilling up the whole area? You should take a soil test or at least check soil PH to see if anything needs to be added. If the PH is low like in most cases around here ad lime and starter fertilizer and work into soil before seeding. I wouldn't do it for less than $500 and more if you have to till up the whole area.
