Need help on mower pricing.

    I am about to put my mower up for sale and I need help pricing. I will be going to college in the fall so there will be no time for me to continue doing lawn work.
    32in. gear driven Snapper walk-behind
    12.5 hp engine
    Engine replace last year (150 estimated hours)
    New transmition (replaced at beginning of season)
    All belts changed out end of last season
    New rear wheels and tires this season

    Hmm, I'm not sure, but would put this mower in the $500-$700 range. You've replaced the major components, but it is still an older mower and only a 32" deck. Look on ebay and see what comparable mowers are going for. Maybe find one like yours and add 1/2 the price of the new motor and see what you come up with. good luck
