Need Help Please!!!

    I started my business back in july, started out great i have 15 residentual accounts. I want to pick up some Commerical but how do i go about bidding for them.

    go door to door. Bring along an information package as well to give the manager or owner. It's better to get your foot in the door now than worrying about making a sale.

    What do you perfer in the package.If you dont mind me asking. Also thanks for the reply

    in the package you should have:
    company history & info
    associations & organizations that you belong to
    certifications, training, or education that you have
    insurance coverage
    services that you provide
    guarantees that you honor
    the types of packages that you provide
    billing plans: pre pay, flat monthly rate, pay as they go


    Those are some of the things that I can think of
