I have been in the lawn care industry for 10 yrs and have attended many green-industry trade shows. During some discussions with fellow lawn care members the topic of pricing would always get the most attention.
I have since started my own lawn care business (treating lawns only--no mowing) and have decided to use the following formula. I remember discussing this same formula at these trade shows and I'm wondering how many of you Pros use this formula.

++ if you prepay for 4-5 treatments the price will be ( example $33)
++ if you do 3-4-5 treatments(and pay after each treatment) ($39)
++ if you only do 1-2 treatments the price will be ( example $45)

I believe this would prevent homeowner from only doing a few apps

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated :cool2: :cool2:

I would contract for the whole year only and pay per treatment an equal amount each time.
