A Dentist in my area wants me to give him a price on taking care of his office. This is my first bid on a commercial account so I desperately need some advice. The lawn is about 1/2 an acre and very open not much trimming or edging. There is about 80 ft of hedges 3 ft wide by 5 ft high he wants these trimmed as needed how many times do you think they will need trimming here in Central Fl he wants this included in the monthly price. The parking lot is not very big maybe 20 cars this also needs to be blown off. He also has a small tree that needs to be cut down its no more than 15 ft tall very easy to cut down and haul off he wants to leave the stump. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Grass is grass, and bushes are bushes, regardless of whether the customer is residential or commercial. Maybe pad the prices a bit, since this is for a business and the guy should hopefully see the value in a well-maintained property.
