    Hi all,
M father recently purchased a piece pf property to retire on and has had it cleared and a home put in. His propert is 2 level plots seperated by a hill roughly 15-20 degrees and 10 ft up the embankment. He has been looking for something to plant on the hillside to stop or at least drastically slow erosion. What I told him to consider was some stuff the highway department uses . It looks like a "sheet" of hay , they unroll it on the shoulder of the road spray something blue on it and in a few days grass is growing in it. Does anyone have any clue what this is. Or any other ideas to help remedy this? Thanks for any input.

Probably is Curlex netting, roll it out, staple it to the ground with sod staples, the blue/ green color is the fiber mulch from a hydro-seeder. You can just seed by hand, right through the curlex.:waving:
