I need some help i have recently expanded my plowing business and i am lawn mowing but i am having trouble priceing the lawns. I do know that there are 28 weeks of mowing. Is there a price by the Hour? Say the lawn takes 30 minutes mowing and trimming??

Dont price by hour for lawn mowing. I dont price by square foot alone. It depends on amount of trimming, fences, beds, swingsets, your equipment, baged or not, dogs (poop). Size alone dosnt scare me. We do many large lawns and some smaller ones. We can knock out some of the large ones with big mowers faster than smaller ones with smaller mowers. Its something you learn with time. Safer bidding higher and not getting it than lower and being stuck with it.

    Thanks for the help guys!

what if the (commercial) lawn is real small and the job offers lanscape oppurtunity's? The lawn is only 2,000 sq ft.
