I started this on weebly.com and then upgraded to the pro package. I have been slowly adding stuff to it I am really looking for some input on what I should and should not have on here. I have been reading and the word is the homepage is key! So i am in the process of revamping that and getting it squared away. Any help is greatly appreciated

I would strongly recommend you either consider employing the services of a professional or invest A LOT of time educating yourself.

The software you are using is bloated with excessive code and is going to result in poor search engine ranking.

Also, your content has a long way to go to become seo friendly.

While the home page is extremely important to have good relevant content, don't fail to incorporate quality content on your secondary pages as well. If they have good seo friendly copy and photos, the search engines will rank them high as well.

The first instructional blog provided by the template is still visible and should be deleted or over written.

To me, the pages other than the home page look ok. I do think you need to make major changes on the home page. For one thing, add a photo. You know what they say about a photo being worth a thousand words.

The only contact info is a form for them to contact you. If I were looking for a contractor I would never consider one who seemed as anonomous as you appear on your website.

Turboguy, thanks for the input......I had a slide show and my logo up there on the home page but I thought it was too much, so I deleted it and started to re work it. As for the contact form, what else do you think it needs??
Discodave, thank you for the input as well, do you have any suggestions to fix the problems you saw? I just want to get thru my first year in business with this webpage, and if things pick up next year then I will hire someone to do it up right!

Add your phone number at a few places on your webpage and also add your email in the contact us part too, it's important.
For your meta tags you don't need your company name there.
Use important ones like you have, use the ones you want the most business with on the beginning.
When you have meta tags on a page, you also need to have the content or words there as well.
Like if your meta tags are here.

<meta name='keywords' content='aweaverlawncare, landscaping, lawncare company, lawn mowing, lawncare, snowplowing, mulch, spring clean ups, fall clean ups, core aeration, de-thatching,' />

You need to discuss or mention those services or products on your 1st page so your webpage gets indexed and crawled.
Never use flash, it's not spider friendly but you didn't use flash so your good.
Never be afraid to have too much on your 1st page and discuss your services and what you do, then let them look at the other pages for reference.
Your index page makes the search engines and people to find you and the rest of the pages are so they see what your about in detail.
Good luck with it, it's pretty simple and easy to navigate.
Your server host is good too, it always a good thing to have a good fast server.

    Good start, nice colors.

Take care with your blog. You allow comments to be published immediately and that could be trouble (unless you don't mind viagra ads on your site).

Best to set a company blog comments to require your approval before publishing.

You need more content on the homepage,
and include a picture or a lawn, your truck w/ logo, etc
make it stand out a little more.

I would take out both of the slideshows on the main page, thay are wicked annoying and clutter the screen, make the main page simple with maybe a pic og your logo or something.
