need help

    does anyone know when is the best time to apply grove control in the midwest ? someone told me wait till june or july, thanks

    What kind of "grove's" are you trying to control?:laugh:

    If you are talking about grub control, June 15th-June 30th for Chicago area. It must be watered in fairly soon after applying. Tests were run by the people who make Merit; they applied the fertilizer with Merit on cement and let it sit in the sun for 72 hours, it lost 75% of it's strength. So either apply it before rain or call the customer before you apply to water it in after you apply.

    You know, the kind with stripes and they dig holes in the ground. About six inches long.

    The grubs didn't but the groves did some serious damage.
