i have spoken with a guy in my area who is over my county and a neighboring county with a major bank. he wants me to give him some info on my business and give him a sample bid on one bank. there are several banks and i really want to land this one. any suggestions on what i should send him? i know the basics, but i want to see if some of the veterans have any ideas on info that might "beef up" my presentation. the bid will be total landscape maintenance. thanks

One thing that I always include in my bids are copies of my pesticide license, business license, and proof of insurance. This way they won't have to ask for them.

I always include in my bid a 8 page information package that tells about the associations we belong to me, insurance coverage, company history, what we guarantee and policies, lawn care packages, services that we offer, etc.
