Need Kohler 25hp carb pics

    Hoowdy folks , I just did a short block replacement on a Sears/Craftsmen GT5000 Garden tractor after 2 yrs :( anyways , I got it all the parts switched over only to forget how the stink'n springs go back on the carb :confused: :cry: , my bad for not take'n pics , would by chance does anyone have this model and be willing to take a pic or two ??? pleeeeese

    Its a little different ,, its a CV730 type 0017 thank you very much for looking and answering so quickly

    there are only 2 springs , do they both connect to the govener ?

    The above pic. is out of the CV17/CV745 service manual.

    There should only be three springs in total.

    A small long spring the slides over the carb. to gov. arm link rod, One that goes from the gov. arm to the throttle control rod and a short push spring under the throttle control lever where the throttle cable end hooks on top of the engine.

    Thanks for the pic , I think i m ight have it figured out now , I have to go away for the day but I'll try finishing the install tomorrow .

    Hey Rob ... just wanted to let you know that I got her back together and seems tobe running fine , for the most part , probibly could use a little fine tuneing but it runs . lol now I'm gonna try hooking up the snowthrower.
