You may have seen this already. Thought I posted it but can't seem to find it...

Anyway, I have a lawn install. that I need some help on. 2 parts equipment & $$ amount.

15K sq.ft. area with hard packed clay. The loam has been pushed into a pile that I may use. I'm planning on using 5" of loam and then hydro seeding. Do you think 5" is good? I can get them loam delivered for about $4K(if we dont use any of his). And hydro will cost about $900.00.

I have a case skid steer with bucket to use to spread loam with. Do you think I should rent something else instead?

Finally what do you think a fair bid would be. I have a rough idea but we've yet to put in a lawn this big.

    Thanks
