Need Some Good Advice

    Biding a 39 unit Condo Complex tomorrow, Was uncertain on how to bid maintenance on Water Features like Ponds and Lakes. Also irrigration systems. Don't those need to flushed and fliters cleaned also? I take care of several small ponds, inwhich I treat for Algae and control for Bacteria 3 times a year, and clean the fliters twice a year. Unsure about large Lake Maintenance, 50,000 gal. plus.
    Also I am concerned how to bid maintenance on HVAC work & payment repair. I think I should include it in the estimate since most of the high end Complexes want one company to do it all. Your Help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I DO MAINTENANCE FOR SOME SMALLER APTS 20 UNIT AND THE WAY I DO IT FOR INTERIOR MAINT IS BY THE HOUR AND PARTS ARE EXTRA GENERALLY ITS FILTER CHANGES 3-4 TIMES A YEAR ON THE HVAC MANY OTHER THINGS ARE HARD TO BUDGET FOR SINCE MANY PEOPLE USE APPLIANCES DIFFERENTLY
