Usually do all residential lawn maintenance. I have the opportunity to bid on a new development 89 houses and common areas, what would I have to provide here to get an idea of what number to put in the bid. This would be for cutting , mulch, snow removal, etc.

the first question to ask yourself is...can I handle this without the chance of losing my current customers because you are constantly spending time on this property?

I don't think so I would have to shuffle some customers around
but i wouldn't lose any, I might get rid of some of my pain in the asses but not sure how to put a money figure on the property

you need to tell more specifics about the property.

Also, you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket.

Easiest thing to do is figure out how many sq ft are to be mowed and what size mowers you can use and at what efficientcy rate you can do them at. Also how many linear ft of trimming and edging and how much time blowing.
