I found a killer deal on an older GMC dump truck but that fell through:rolleyes:. So after some thought, I've decided to upgrade my compact tractor instead. I've been wanting to do that for 2 years now. I found a used Kubota B3030 with 1600 hours for a fair price. It's got everything I wanted. I wanted hydro, rear remotes, min 20 pto hp, 4x4, live pto, R4 tires, loader and something with "decent" lifting capacities on the loader and 3 point. Well the B3030 I found fits all of those to a T. Planning on buying it Monday unless advised otherwise or find out bad things about that model. From what I know, the Kubotas are good machines. My old construction company I worked for had two of them and they got rode hard, seemed to have plenty of power as well and the 4x4 system worked well.

So what do you guys know about them?
    Thanks in advance

I can't speak about kubota tractors but I have run Kubota motors in my skid steers since 2002. I have had everything from 46-92 hp in kubota and just about everything in-between. If the rest of the machine is built as reliable as the motors, then I think you would be okay. My father in law has an old B3000 or very close. Many years of service and solid machine but no FEL on it.
