This is for a commons area bid for a subdivision. Much help needed from lawnsite. I need help with an estimate for lawn mowing and no trimming. It is for 3,439 feet (.66miles) and the cutting of 7 commons areas at 75x75 with very minimal trimming at those areas. This is for 25 cuts i was guessing myself at 160-180 comments please.

Much help need to start landing some more jobs LOL

Dont guess, It is very difficult to answer a question like this because i cant see the property. what is your hourly rate? Take your hourly rate and the amount of time you estimate it will take you and mutiply those numbers. Are these areas level are there curbs, trees, ect. I will tell you if you are going to bid this at the price you said 160 - 180 It should not take you and 1 employee more then 5 hours to do this......
