    I'm not an english expert, but the sentence below your logo seems like a run-on sentence.

    Otherwise, it's a nice black and white flyer.

    "MJ lawncare can help you with this" and then listing more than one service is not proper. Did you catch the % sign is before the 10? And first sentence should be made into a few. I dont really care for the word "weeds" in your service listing...maybe somthing like landscape maitenance or anything except simply the word weeds.
