Just demoed the model today, very impressed, great cut, great handling and a very solid machine
I'm looking at purchasing a 26hp EFI with a 36" deck very soon. How was the torque? Did it bog with the 52" deck on it?
What price do they sell for there? Did it have any options?
10:44 bump from Scott Barnes.
we demoed it on one of our higher end properties, the grass was still damp from all the rain we had the day before, it was almost 5 inches tall, so super thick.......it was cut at 3" it did not bog at all.........gorgeous stripes.....very clean cut....very impressive..........if we had cut that with our Sentar, there would have been clippings from hell everywhere, and it would have had to double, even triple cut it.
price up here is $14,755
only option was low profile tires.
We are ordering the deflector kit (so we can rear discharge)
and the curb jumper.
the dealer is throwing in an extra set of blades
That's the new deck with the counter rotating blade's, correct??
I'm going to try the 42" with counter rotating when it comes out.
Sorry, I used the wrong terms. Not counter rotating but rotating in the oppisite direction that they do now.
Right now the blades spin towards the blower.
That new 52" collection deck, the blades spin away from the blower. Supposidly it works better??
I think they have it in the 48" as well, I'm waiting to try a 42"
yes the blades are spinning away from the blower
we cut in heavy damp thick grass and after 2 hours of cutting, we lifted the deck and barely anything under there
If that had of been our Sentar there would have been pounds of crap stuck under the deck and a 15 minute scrape job
