I am new to having my own business but mowed for years in West Texas for a huge company out of Midland and Lubbock. When ya"ll are talking about them signing a agreement, what is the agreement? A contract? What terms? How long? I have about 40 clients at the moment and I do not have a contract with any of them. Is this something I should change. Any response would be appreciated.

you should def. have a contract in my opinion it makes it so your not liable for things that can go wrong and if you take them to court its a legal doc. as long as both sign it and date it hope this helps
