I've a new crew that does great work but some time there are missing the little things , I'm thinking maybe a check list for every yard, business would help. does any one have one that works well. thanks:drinkup:

There's a great checklist for this. For every small item missed, deduct $5 from the monthly paycheck. After they miss 5 or 6 things, that money loss starts to hurt. That'll nip it in the bud.

 Yeah I am sure the labor and wage board would love that! Don't get me wrong, I would love to do it as well, just not sure how long you would be able to keep your employees once you started it.

I personally have a laminated checklist that I go over every time before I leave. Sometimes you have other things on your mind and you just skip over something simple, usually the roundup on the driveway.

Ditto that. Yesterday I left my blower sitting on my workbench:hammerhead:
