This is my second full time year in business for myself. This winter I have had much more time to pursue commercial accounts. I have sold three so far. Originally they received a estimate printed off of my computer, had a follow up call and decided to go with the service. I live in a smaller town and have'nt used contracts on my accounts (I may get criticized for this), my agreements have been made on a handshake, eventually that may change, if I was to become large enough, it's just me at this point and part time help. My question is, do you guy have a "Welcome aboard" letter, or some type of greeting letter that briefly states scheduled services and kind of personalizes your service, if not on comm. do you guys do this for residential customers?
