Can anyone tell me when a good time to go out and try to get new customers before they sign new contracts for the following year.

Second, when do you propose new contracts to your customers for the next year before others get to them.

    Thanks for the Info guys.

Everyday! We service our customers year round, We don't cut the grass in Dec, Jan and Feb. but we still run the mowers over the lawns to clean them up.
The answer to your question in short is: Start now and shake the bushes every chance you get, you'll notice that you will pick up more in Spring than you would in Winter but you never know when a winter contact will remember you and call you. I've picked up some very good clients in the late summer after their current company didn't do as they have promised.Good luck.
