new dig, what to plant

    We are in the process of building a new home in western NC and need advice on what to plant on steep cut-out banks to keep erosion down. It is clay and a lot of rock

    This is a picture of the site where a 30x50 post and beam barn is to be built soon.

    I live in NC. I say go with a juniper. Maybe Blue Rug would ok. Plant the junipers add mulch or pine straw the area.
