    Haha same here. I NEVER worked for a rewarding landscape company. Hence the reason I went into business for myself!

    I deffinatly dont reward myself enough....mabey i can get a raise this yr....
    If my boss wasnt such an A** he might give me one....lol

    ya if he wasnt so concerned about overhead... pssst i mean really he doesnt NEED a new truck ;) he could just give you a raise instead!

    No he really needs the new truck. I think he is tired of shoveling stuff out of the back of a pick-up. I guess that would be like getting a raise with the time I would be saving and on my back.

    When do you guys plan on starting your spring cleanups? throw in region of NH for reference as well. :waving:

    I still have snow on the ground so it wont be anytime to soon. ...im in central nh lakes area

    The snow is almost gone here on the seacoast except for the snow banks. It is very wet though, it will still be 2-3 weeks before we get started.
