I just fired up my new Husky 150BT and it seems to run pretty good and has a decent amount of power. I am still breaking it in, so I'll feedback more later. I noticed it has a fair amount of vibrations at idle to just off idle to about 1/16 throttle. It then smooths out at higher throttle positions. The engine runs smooth with no misses. At idle shakes on the rubber mounts maybe an 1/8" or slightly more. Is this normal for this blower?

Obvious I have not felt your blower, but yes, I feel every piece of my 2 cycle vibrate more when idle and smooth out at higher rpm. Particular the ones with cat muffler, they even make strange random tapping sound.

I thought I post a video of this blower running. I can feel this vibration on my back more than I'd like during idling, but at speed the blower is very smooth. The engine has decent of power, starts easily, and the slight miss at idle sounds normal to me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3Xa-Wk_IEA . Thoughts?

Sound and look normal to me. If you don't like it, up the idle rpm a little so it does not vibrate as much. I think my Shindaiwa trimmer shake more than that. I keep my Maru bp idle a little high so it is smoother.

One thing I kind of notice long time ago when I was trying out different oil. Some oil seems to make the engine idle rougher than other. But I am not going to swear by this, I stay with Amsoil for a while already.
