New JD 636M Stander

    I just picked up our new John Deere 636M Stander. 18.5 hp 36" deck.

    ED2Hess yea it does look smaller buts a bit longer than my older Wright 36" and its a bit more narrow.

    You will have to watch rutting those wheels are narrow so going insame path will be a problem. Why JD over Wright?

    I picked the JD over the wright b/c the JD dealer is closer around 10 min the wright dealer is 45 min away. The JD dealer is much larger with many more service techs so they can get any service done quick. Also the JD was about 100$ less.

    $100 less then the stander I or Rh? Deere here is $1k less then the wright I. I got a quote for $6500 for deere.

    The RH quick height adjust, $7200 for the wright, $7050 for the JD
