Yep! Told the salesman I couldn't understand why Kubota didn't offer different engine options in the z700 series. I really like the 29 kohler efi`s that i demoed.with a bagger im not sure the 23.5 will be enough in the 54 inch deck.BTS is at 18,600 which is pretty impressive. This is not the pro deck used on the 200-300 series so QOC is basically unknown at this point.

it looks like a finer cut. I question is how it will handle moisture. Its the new rating system. 26hp is the largest vertical engine kholer makes now. It has 40 ft lbs of torque

example the kholer 747cc efi use to be 29hp and 44ft lbs of torque. The new 749cc efi is 26.5hp and 40.9 ft lbs

Im amazed that no one has demoed one of these yet.Even more amazed that Kubota doesn't have a video of these things in action like all the other manufactures do.Its a New product, A video would atleast give a perspective on QOC.My local dealer got 1 of each and they don't want to demo them until they get another of each model for display purposes.Unfortunately it will be after the first of the year before they receive another.I still believe this thing n 60" cut will need a 30hp/50 ft lbs of torque range to run a belt driven bagger.JMO

I went by a dealer today and looked at the new 700 series, he had 75 of them in stock. I got to drive the 60" model around the parking lot and was very impressed.
