new lawn

    I live in Tacoma Washington my house was moved on a piece of property and the grading is terrible i have killed the grass I just wanted the best way to till the old lawn. I need directions

    Bobcat has attachment that will till your soil to 3 inch's and pick up the stone at the same time. If you are proficient in using a bobcat you could do it yourself and rent one. I would guess this would also help level your lawn also. Around here contractors charge anywhere from $50 bucks to $100 bucks an hour to do the work. I would strongly suggest doing something like this. I rototilled my yard by hand and it was a pain in the behind and I didn't do as a good of a job and the Bobcat would of.
