i want to start installing lawns but i am unsure if about a lot of things. first can i get away without an overseeder by broadcasting the seed and then pulverizing it in the dirt, i was told that would be good and then i was told that to instead use an aerator??

hometown a gas tamper \plate whacker will only push the clods around and not crush them plus it will compact the soil too much to seed

ok noone is helping here. I was told to lift the front of the pulverizor up so it doesnt drag all the seed to the end of the lawn. with the front up and the back two roolers down i will be able to move enough dirt around to cover the seed sufficeintly.

Grab a skid steer with a tooth bucket, rip the crap out of the dirt,
fill low areas, grade, rockhound, seed, fertilize, straw.

    Bingo!

Make damm sure they understand it must be watered!!!
