The new knives have a roll to put the left on the knife instead of a bend and they are made out of a different steel. The difference would not show in a picture, We have been using them on ouy mowers for the last two mo. and have had very good reports on yhem from the guys.

Why not use a thicker steel for the blades. Like standard Exmark blade thickness? I love my meg-mos but I do think thicker blades would last loner.

Thickens does not mean quality. A cheap pocket knife blade is thick and a swish knife has a thin blade and stay sharp for a long time compary to the cheap knife. The steel in the meg mo knives has more carbon and bonorn and we can use this type of steel only since the knives are free as that is the law for mower blades.

Does it fit a Exmark 36" walkbehind?

    Meg,

Ever think of getting the blades Fusion treated?

Or offering a lower lift sail?

How about Gator type toothed ones?
