    My minimum is $30 but I do give price breaks for multiple properties in a row. On one street I have 2 side by side , skip 3, then 3 more side by side, skip 1, then 3 side by side, skip 2, then 1. So 9 total that I do for $27 each except 1 corner lot @ $36. These are per cut prices. Takes about 3 hrs to 3.5 hrs.

    In the summer, I also get that one between the 3 & 3 so that makes 7 in a row. Whew, gotta take a short break between those on the hot days.

    25. but they only take me about a half hour. I have one that I do for that but takes me 45 minutes...She was my first weekly customer though when I started this summer so I have a soft spot for her.
