New Shindaiwa tap head

    Picked one up last week. It is real easy to load! Just pull the line trough to the mid-point and twist the cap. You don't have to remove anything to load it. I also like the large flat bottom of the unit. I think the new guy is going to have a easy time learning to trim. If it last's I give it an A++ :blob3:

    Will it take as much line as other heads?

    I started loading 15 ft. No problem The paperwork says it can handle 30.

    We've put a few of these on for a guy.. it's a good thing you don't have to take them apart, because unless you have really big hands, or two people doing it, it's a pain in the butt to get the thing apart. I guess when you think about it though, being put together tight is a good thing since it probably means it won't just fall off as long as it's snapped in correctly.

    Also, have you noticed that it's easier to load the line from one direction over the other?
