I am new to this site, it's awesome. I need some help.....
I plan on re-sodding in the next few weeks, I am going to hire a professional for the install. I plan on renting a sod cutter to take up the old sod. Can I have the new sod installed or would I need to re-grade my lot? I am totally confused. Re-grading is making sure the lot is level? Correct?

Do you currently have some drainage issues? If not then you probably would not have to re-grade. The sod cutter will disturb the soil enough so you can lay the new sod over it.
