I'm trying to aquire a contract for three cemetaries. One is 55 acres, second is 40 acres and the last is 30 acres. How long should it take to do each and how many labors and how much equipment? I got an idea but I want to see if I am close.

So cemeteries go for about 150 an acre?

    Just curious.

It totaly depends on what you have set as a per hour rate but most cemetaries that I have delt with usally depending on size go about 100 per acre

What do they think you are, a high school kid with a push mower and a weed eater in a wagon?

You will go bankrupt at $11.30/hr!

I totally agree 11.35 is going to break you if you consider fuel, maint, ins. workers comp. Then again you didnt say if that price were per man ? If it wre me I wouldnt do it for less than 30.00 per manhour:cool2::cool2::cool2:
I apologize I misread . If I understand you correctly they require you to pay your employees 11.30per hour then Iwould bill them at 40.00per hour to cover taxes fuel maint ins workers comp
